Terms of Service
PAYMENTAll payments are through PayPal.
Full payment upfront for all commissions.Payment plans are available for larger pieces but must be approved beforehand.Currency is USD unless mutually agreed otherwise.Tips are optional and not required.
TURNAROUND TIMEStandard turnaround: 1–8 weeks, depending on the queue, complexity, and type of piece.Larger works (reference sheets, comics, detailed scenes) may extend beyond this window.Deadlines must be mentioned upfront. Rush fees may apply.Inactivity from you (failing to respond to WIPs within 7 days) pauses the timeline.
REFERENCES & SPECIFIC COMMISSION TYPESReference SheetsReference sheets include the entire iterative process: sketching, design cleanup, marking correction, and optional shading/unshading decisions. Change charges for references sheets are not applied.Clients must specify whether they prefer shaded or flat references.Extra views or complicated accessories increase cost.AdoptsAll adopt purchases are final.Reselling at a higher price is only allowed if additional artwork is included.

Any attempt to circumvent this will result in immediate blacklist and a DMCA claim.Artist Statement:No Generative AI is used in my work.If a time-lapse of your artwork is wanted, please request it beforehand. Failing to do so would result in a time-lapse not being recorded.
AGREEMENTBy commissioning me, you confirm that:You are at least 18 for any NSFW content.You have read and agreed to the entire Terms of Service.You understand the refund policy, revision limits, and usage rights.
GENERALBy commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed here.These terms apply to all commission types unless otherwise stated.I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.Prices are subject to change at any time, but agreed-upon prices at the time of invoicing remain valid.
REFUNDSNo refunds once work has begun.If I have not started your commission, you may receive a full refund.If I cancel a commission due to my own circumstances, you receive a full refund regardless of progress.Chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting me first will result in an immediate blacklist.

Final files + deliveryRevisionsSketch phase: up to 3 free revisions (poses, anatomy, layout).Color phase: up to 2 small revisions (color corrections, markings).Final stage: only minor adjustments (dust, small mistakes).Any additional changes or large redraw requests cost an extra fee (10–40% depending on scale).
RIGHTS & USAGEArtist’s rightsI retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to:Post it publicly
Use it for portfolios, examples, and marketing
Private commissions must be stated upfront, and an additional fee may apply.Client’s rightsYou may:Share the artwork
Use it as icons, banners, thumbnails
Print it for personal useYou may NOT:Claim the artwork as your own

Sell the artwork (unless part of a character resale; value must reflect all included art)
